Through the Woods Wellness is a collective space shared by Emily Zabel, Jineya Naicker and Ava Clark. We strive to provide a safe and welcoming space where clients can heal, grow, and transform through the counselling process.
Our therapists are highly skilled and trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches. Each practitioner brings unique expertise, experiences, and compassion that allow us to offer personalized care tailored to your needs.
Our wellness space includes a comfortable waiting area where you can relax before your appointment or wait for a loved one who is in session.
We invite you to connect with any of our therapists to book an appointment. Having several therapists at one site also enables you to book in for multiple family members or needs, such as individual and couples' therapy, without having to seek out and attend multiple locations.
We look forward to supporting you on your journey toward improved mental health, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
